Voltas Vcare Plus is a field service app built for in-house technicians managing appliance repairs and maintenance under the Voltas UPBG system. Access real-time job data, verify warranty coverage, and complete service calls with digital workflows—all from your phone.

Quickly verify parts and labour coverage before you start work. Scan serial number barcodes to pull up customer service history, check if a previous technician visited the same job, and review PM schedules. Confirm agreement numbers and labour rates on the spot to avoid billing disputes and service delays.

Capture evidence at every step of the repair. Take photos of the serial number, invoice, and parts used. Document gas leak positions and capture your customer's digital signature on closure. Select a closure code—happy or unhappy—to flag service quality and feed feedback into job records.

Simplify attendance and non-part call handling. Log your time on site, close calls that don't require replacement parts, and access the full bill of materials with pricing. Review labour rate charts and labour coverage details without leaving the job.

Voltas Vcare Plus syncs with your user credentials in the Voltas UPBG CRM, so all your data stays current and accessible offline. Works on Android 5.0 and above. This is an internal app for authorized Voltas technicians—not available to consumers.
